We’re now looking for a Delivery Recruitment Consultant to hit the ground running in the team and help us deliver the very best in service to Candidates and Clients alike!

The Opportunity

You’ll be managing the relationships of a number of different clients with differing hiring needs. Your communication with them will be transparent, honest and optimistic. These accounts will be a variety of new and existing accounts, and you’ll be the main point of contact, so excellent organisation and communication is essential!

Once clients have been ‘won’ from our Sales team, they’ll be passed to yourself. Here, you’ll gather new job requirements by holding job qualification calls, sharing the role within your team of Delivery Consultants. You will work with your Delivery Consultant to source the correct Candidates for the role across Bullhorn, Job boards such as Reed and head hunting through LinkedIn. It will be down to you to manage the Client and the Delivery Consultant / Senior Delivery Consultant to ensure the best Candidates are being represented for the position, and to manage any difficult feedback.

As part of managing the relationship, you’ll also be on hand to understand any pain points that you or the Delivery Consultant may be having in sourcing candidates. You’ll be Consulting with the Client to make sure the best processes are in place to ensure smooth running on behalf of both candidates and clients. This could include anything from faster feedback and advising on technical tests right through to managing counter offers and negotiating salaries.

You’ll also be involved in writing engaging job adverts, screening candidates at a thorough level, reviewing applications, organising interviews and everything else in-between to make the candidate and client journey a success.

As Managing Consultant, you will be managing your squad of 3 other individuals – Sourcing, Delivery and Senior Delivery Consultant. On a Recruitment level, you’ll ensure that each individual understands the job opportunities, and assist them in finding the candidates (e.g. setting up searches). You’ll also be responsible for ensuring the team hit their monthly / quarterly / yearly KPIs.


  • Background working in Recruitment in the Technology sector (Data ideal but not essential)
  • Agency or inhouse Recruitment background – it doesn’t matter to us!
  • Experience writing Boolean searches
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to make and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Interest in Technology
  • Can manage multiple projects with differing priorities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated
